How Can severe Upper Arm Pain Be Treated?

I have upper left arm pain. It is not muscular, or nerve. It is bone pain. Right in the middle of the upper arm bone, it feels like it will snap in to. And I also cannot lift it. I have no injury recently. This has been going on for a long while, and is extremely painful. I have trouble dressing myself. I haven t seen a physician because I have no insurance. It is so so very painful.
